Hey Y'all. An impression to the manga of the popular series "Magi The Labyrinth of Magic". If you haven't read or watched this, let me try and convince you.
We start off in a world filled with magic together with our main characters, Aladdin and Alibaba. The 17 year old teen Alibaba, a boy who dreams of conquering one of the gigantic dungeons that grants tremendous wealth if he would reach the top and the young Aladdin, a mysterious boy that helps Alibaba through the dungeon. Word has it that if one conquers this dungeon, he will become a great king. But few have emerged alive. Together, Aladdin and Alibaba travel across the world, meeting new friends and enemies who turn this story into a great shonen adventure.
The story at first seem like a nice magic adventure, maybe even a show for kids. If you read on, you can see it's not at all like that. The story is inspired by the 1001 Nights stories, a collection of stories also known as the Arabian Nights. The style looks great, simple and easy to read. It's a fantastic storyline with great characters and you will want to keep reading it. This manga has been made into an anime which turned out really popular, not only in Japan, but also in Europe and America.
